Keep your mission connected to the people who chose it.
Your supporters chose your mission. Reaching them shouldn't be the hard part.
Bring the opted-in email list you already have into your Hub. Then invite supporters to connect on Blasts at a donation, signup or event, so each person can choose the updates that matter to them.
Supporters choose the connection and the topics. Messages are permission-based and clearly from your organization. Credits never expire, and there is no subscription.

Volunteers: we're two people short for Saturday's food distribution, 8–11 a.m. at the Eastside Pantry. Can you cover a shift?Reply YES and Maya will confirm the details. Reply NO if not this time.
You’re already sending. The question is who’s actually reaching.
You send an appeal or a volunteer call and someone says, “I never saw that.” The answer is always the same: did you check spam? Or Promotions. Or the address they stopped checking. Your nonprofit technically sent the message. That is not the same as having a dependable way to reach people. Text, social and apps each help, and each leaves its own gap.
Your supporters raised their hands. Don’t lose the relationship in their inbox. Blasts adds the part that’s missing: a direct connection they choose to make, so the next urgent need or matching gift actually reaches them.
One connection your supporters choose to make.
Start with your opted-in email list for email delivery. To receive a Blast on screen, a supporter connects with your organization once, usually at a donation, volunteer signup or event registration. Blasts is a free app, the Chrome or Edge extension on a computer or the iPhone or Android app, so there is nothing for your nonprofit to build and no accounts to manage. After that, you have a permission-based, direct line: your messages appear right on their phone or desktop screen, clearly marked as coming from your organization. Because people opt in, your message doesn’t have to compete inside a crowded inbox or get caught by a spam filter, and you never have to reacquire their attention every time you have something important to say.

Blasts gives you the connection. NonProfitBlasts gives your organization the system for using it.
Getting a supporter connected is the start. Then someone has to actually run the relationship: who hears what, who on your team can send, what goes out today and what carries a whole campaign. That’s your NonProfitBlasts Hub, the place your whole organization communicates from.
The connection
Blasts
Supporters opt in once, at the moment they engage. You have a permission-based, direct line to their phone that doesn’t compete inside the inbox or depend on an algorithm.
The operating layer
NonProfitBlasts Hub
Organize your supporters, give staff access, send and schedule, have real conversations, and steward the relationship across a whole year.
- ConnectSupporters opt in the moment they engage: a gift, a signup, a registration.
- OrganizeSort supporters into All Supporters, Donors, Volunteers, and more.
- Give accessLet each coordinator reach only the supporters they should.
- CommunicateSend now, or write once and schedule it for later.
- Have conversationsWhen a supporter replies, it comes back to you, one to one.
- Plan aheadAutomate welcomes, impact stories, and campaigns.
Volunteer shifts get filled. Donors stay engaged. Campaigns hit their goal. Supporters act when the mission needs them.
One organization. One connection. Every supporter hears what matters to them.
Your donors aren’t your volunteers. Your volunteers aren’t your board. They don’t belong on one list. In NonProfitBlasts, supporters can choose the updates they want to receive, while your organization separately manages private or assigned audiences. All Supporters reaches everyone connected to your organization, and optional audiences let each person follow the communications relevant to them.

The monthly donor can follow Donors. The weekend volunteer doesn’t have to. More communication doesn’t have to mean more noise.
It starts the moment someone raises their hand.
A gift, a signup, a first event. That’s where the relationship begins, and it’s where most of it is quietly lost to an inbox. Here’s how the Hub carries a single supporter forward, from first hello to steady giving.
- A first gift arrivesSomeone just gave for the first time. They connect right on the thank-you page, before the moment passes.
- Their first weekA new donor barely knows you yet.The New Donor Welcome Journey introduces your mission, one message at a time.
- A month inThe relationship needs to keep breathing. They start receiving Impact Stories from the series you loaded once.
- An urgent needTwo shifts open up on Saturday.Volunteers, and only volunteers, get the call, without emailing everyone.
- A question comes backA donor wants to change their monthly gift. They reply, and staff handle it in Conversations, one to one.
- Gala seasonThe big night is six weeks out.The Annual Gala campaign counts down: save-the-date, reminders, day-of logistics.
- Year-endA matching gift unlocks for 72 hours.Donors hear about it at exactly the right time, while it still counts.
Because of your support, Saturday's pantry served every family on its list. Your gifts kept fresh produce on the tables.Thank you for making it possible.
Today is our giving day. Every gift before midnight will be matched by a longtime supporter.Visit our giving page to take part. Thank you for standing with us.
Every one of these runs through the same Hub, on the same Blasts connection. Nothing here is a separate tool to buy or a second app to learn, and none of it replaces your donor database.
This is your Hub. It’s built for how a nonprofit actually communicates.
Not a dashboard of settings. A place to organize your supporters, answer them, and steward the relationship, all in language your organization already uses.

Can I move my monthly gift to the 15th?
Absolutely, I’ve set it to the 15th going forward. Thank you for your steady support, it makes a real difference.

Sending, scheduling, audiences, roles, and conversations are included from the start, along with Content Series like Impact Stories and Volunteer Spotlight that keep supporter stewardship running on its own. The season-planning tools, Journeys and Event Campaigns, unlock with Hub Pro, which your organization earns at $500 in total credit purchases, verified or not. Verification adds bonus credits on top.
Set up in one sitting. Build the habit over 30 days.
Getting set up happens in a single sitting with the guided setup. Building the connection habit is what the first 30 days are for. No migration, and no giant technology project.
- Day 1Set up your organizationGuided setup walks you through creating your organization, choosing starter audiences, and adding your team, all in one sitting. If your organization already has a Hub, sign in at /hub/signin/; if not, sign in and set it up through onboarding, or use the setup link in your verification email; the Hub activates with your first credit purchase on BlastCredits.
- Week 1Add the connection everywhere supporters engagePut your connection invitation on donation thank-you pages, and on volunteer and event registration confirmations, so people connect at the moment they are already raising their hand.
- Week 2Send something genuinely usefulStart sending and start growing connections: an impact update, an urgent volunteer need, an event reminder. Useful beats frequent.
- Week 3Turn on a Content SeriesLoad a Content Series like Impact Stories or Volunteer Spotlight once, and stewardship runs on its own from there.
- Week 4See what's workingReview which audiences and which connection moments are growing, and lean into the ones that are.
NonProfitBlasts doesn’t replace your inbox or your CRM. It fills the gap they leave.
| Channel | Good for | Where nonprofits struggle |
|---|---|---|
| Newsletters and appeals | Spam, Promotions and crowded inboxes mean it often goes unread | |
| Text (SMS) | Short, urgent messages | Per-message and platform costs, and it depends on phone numbers |
| Social | Community and new-supporter discovery | An algorithm decides who actually sees a post |
| Your app / portal | Direct notifications | Only works if supporters installed it and left notifications on |
| Blasts | Permission-based, direct to the screen, by audience | A supporter connects first, then you have a lasting direct line |
NonProfitBlasts isn’t another donor database. Your CRM remembers who someone is, what they gave, and their history. NonProfitBlasts gives your organization a direct line to reach them, and it works with the systems you already use: import people from a CSV file, let any form, CRM or Zapier add people through a webhook as they sign up, and send delivery and reply events back to those systems.
That first connection is intentional. Supporters decide who can reach them. Once connected, you have a direct relationship rather than one more feed to compete in. Email remains useful, and an important email can still be missed or filtered; Blasts is a consent-based screen channel. The Hub coordinates both: each connected person can receive Blasts, email or both, and the same message can go out as a Blast and as an email from your organization’s own sending address. NonProfitBlasts sits on top of the systems you already use; it doesn’t replace your donor database.
Reaching your supporters shouldn’t mean another monthly platform bill.
Blasts credits are prepaid and never expire, with no subscription. One typed message to one person uses one credit. That keeps the math simple and small.
A nonprofit with 2,000 connected supporters, in a typical month
- 2 organization-wide updates × ~1,500 supporters = 3,000
- 1 monthly impact update × ~900 donors = 900
- 4 weekly volunteer updates × ~250 volunteers = 1,000
- 5 event messages × ~400 registrants = 2,000
≈ 7,000 credits a month for the supporters who receive these messages on Blasts.
A $50 package provides 25,000 Blasts credits at standard pricing, or 30,000 with approved nonprofit savings. At this pace, either lasts about three to four months. Verification is optional, and unused credits never expire. This example counts Blasts delivery only, not email credits.
Optional Verified Nonprofit Savings
More of your budget on the mission.
Verified nonprofits and churches receive 20% bonus Blasts credits on purchases through $500, plus 10% bonus credits on Volume Credits up to $3,000, from BlastCredits, an Authorized Blasts Partner.
- $5030,000 credits
- $500900,000 credits
- $1,0008,800,000 credits
Verification and checkout happen on BlastCredits.com, our Authorized Blasts Partner, and open in a new tab so you keep your place here. The bonus is applied automatically at checkout, and credits are delivered to your organization’s connected Blasts account. Verification is optional: it is not required to buy credits, use Blasts or set up your Hub, and it does not unlock the Hub or Hub Pro.
Nonprofit leaders ask us
What is NonProfitBlasts?
NonProfitBlasts is a way for nonprofits to reach their supporters through Blasts, where messages land directly on a donor's, volunteer's or member's phone or desktop screen. Supporters connect with your organization once and choose which updates they want, so you have a direct, permission-based line to the people who opted in.
How does a nonprofit use Blasts?
You decide on a handful of audiences people can follow, such as All Supporters, Donors, Volunteers, Members and Events. Supporters connect and choose the ones relevant to them. Then a staff member sends a message to an audience: an urgent volunteer need to Volunteers, a year-end match to Donors, arrival details to Events. Everyone who chose that audience sees it on their screen.
Do supporters need to connect first?
To receive Blasts, yes: a supporter approves the connection before a Blast can reach them, so your messages arrive because they were wanted, not by fighting a spam filter. You can also start with the email list you already have: people who agreed to hear from you get your messages by email, and the Hub moves them to Blasts when they connect. Supporters stay in control and can adjust or stop at any time.
How do supporters connect?
They connect once through a link or a short code, and the best moments are the ones where they are already engaged: a donation thank-you page, a volunteer or event registration confirmation, your newsletter, your website, or your existing supporter list. To receive Blasts, each person uses the free Blasts app, the Chrome or Edge extension on a computer or the iPhone or Android app, and your organization never has to create or manage accounts for them.
Can supporters choose what they receive?
Yes. In NonProfitBlasts, each supporter can choose the updates they want to receive, so a monthly donor can follow Donors while a weekend volunteer follows Volunteers and Events, and your organization separately manages private or assigned audiences. Essential messages to All Supporters still reach everyone connected to your organization. Supporters can mute, set quiet hours, or cut off a sender at any time, so more communication does not have to mean more noise.
What can a nonprofit send?
Typed messages with formatting, images, links and up to three attached files. They are meant for timely, useful, wanted communication rather than a constant feed.
How much does it cost?
Nonprofits buy Blasts credits, which never expire and carry no subscription. One typed message to one recipient uses one credit. You buy credits from BlastCredits, an Authorized Blasts Partner, starting at $10.
Do nonprofits qualify for savings?
Yes. Verified nonprofits and churches receive 20% bonus Blasts credits on purchases through $500, plus 10% bonus credits on Volume Credits above $500, up to the $3,000 package. For example $50 becomes 30,000 credits, $500 becomes 900,000 credits and $1,000 becomes 8,800,000 credits. You apply once through BlastCredits and the bonus is applied automatically at checkout. Verification only adds bonus credits: it is not required to buy credits or use Blasts, it does not create a Blasts account, and it does not unlock the Hub or Hub Pro.
How do we get access to the Hub?
If your organization already has a Hub, sign in at /hub/signin/ with an email code, a passkey or your Blasts sign-in. If not, sign in and set it up through onboarding, or use the setup link in your verification email; the Hub activates with your first credit purchase on BlastCredits. Verification is not a requirement. Hub Pro, with Journeys and Event Campaigns, unlocks at $500 in cumulative credit purchases for any organization.
Does the Hub replace our email?
No. Email remains useful, and an important email can still be missed or filtered. Blasts is a consent-based screen channel. Each connected person can choose to receive Blasts, email or both, and the Hub sends both from your organization's own sending address, so the same message can go out as a Blast and as an email. Email is metered in email credits: 50 are included, and email credit packs carry the same 20% verified bonus.
Does it work with our donor database or CRM?
Yes, through three doors, and without replacing it. Import people from a CSV export. Give any form, CRM or Zapier an inbound webhook so new donors, volunteers and registrants are added to the Hub as they sign up. Subscribe to signed outbound webhooks to send connection, reply and sent-message events back to the systems you already use. There is no built-in connector for a specific donor database, and there is no SMS.
Where do we learn how the Hub works?
The Hub is shared across Blasts verticals and documented in one place: blastshub.com/en/docs/ covers connecting people, audiences, sending, email, conversations, campaigns, Journeys, events, roles, integrations, credits and organization ownership. Blasts itself, the app and the connection, is documented by Blasts at blasts.app, and NonProfitBlasts pages reflect that published documentation.
